I think I might drop some links on this blog to pages I enjoyed lately. One of them is the OMG That Rocks blog(?). A guy collects neat images where he stumbled upon in the interwebs. My fav’s on OMG:
Next are the A Softer World web comics. They vary between philosophical, melancholical and funny. Some are even shocking. Joey Comeau – the one who writes the punch lines for A Softer World – also sent fake job applications to companies and published them on the web. It’s a great laugh. Just have a look at the application he sent to the Citibank to know what I’m talking about. These applications evolved to a book he wrote named Overqualified. I think I’ll get me a copy of it some day although I’ve hardly managed to read any book lately. Most are just catching dust…
Another page is of course xkcd, which properly describes itself as “A webcomic of romance, sarcasm, math, and language.” Some got really geeky/nerdy scripts, which inspired the creator to put a disclaimer on the bottom:
“Warning: this comic occasionally contains strong language (which may be unsuitable for children), unusual humor (which may be unsuitable for adults), and advanced mathematics (which may be unsuitable for liberal-arts majors). “

I think it was via Rob Sheridan’s twitter (a must-follow in case you got a twitter account, because of tweets like this, this or that), that I discovered The Onion with great fake tech news like the MacBook Wheel or Sony’s “Stupid Piece Of Shit That Doesn’t Fucking Work”.
Speaking of twitter… This YouTube video shows a nice parody.
I think I’ll occasionally add more links and findings… But enough for today.
